What is the venue's capacity?

The hall can facilitate 100 people .

Can I book just the Small Hall?

No this is combined with the Large Main Hall and booked as one. However your event can seperate the rooms if needed.

Does the venue provide tables and chairs?

Yes we have 100 padded folding chairs and 16 folding tables (6ft or 182cm long). Hirers are responsible for setting up and putting these away in the furniture store area.

Is there a usable kitchen?

Yes there is a generous sized kitchen for food preparation, which is equipped with a kettle, oven, microwave, small fridge, sink and large prep table.

Is there outside space or garden?

No there is no garden or outside space. There is private venue parking at the front of the hall and adjoining public car park.

Is the Hirer required to clean?

No the cost of hire includes cleaning. Please leave the hall as it was found and we do ask all decorations are put up using BluTac and careful to not damage paintwork when taken down. Chairs and tables should be folded and packed away and rubbish put in bin bags and placed in outside bin marked 'village hall'.

How do we access the venue on the day?

You will be emailed on your booking confirmation details of how to access the venue and keys.

Is there Heating and Air Conditioning?

Yes there is both heating and air conditioning. Both need to be switched off prior to leaving

Can Crockery be hired?

Yes, Eternal Beau china can be hired. Cups, saucers, plates, bowls and jugs are avalible. Additional charges apply please request on booking.

Do you have a Music Licence?

We have a PRS, performing rights society music licence.

Can I sell Alchohol?

Alcohol can be served but to sell alcohol a license must be obtained by RBWM

Can I hire a bouncy castle?

Due to low ceiling height (approx 2.5 m in mian hall) we are unable to accomadate a bouncy castle.
